Founder, President, and CEO
Shaun Smith
Shaun Smith is a man dedicated to making an impact in the lives of everyone he comes in contact with. Mr. Smith is a native of Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is the Associate Pastor at Created Light Ministries in Dallas, GA. . Mr. Smith has dedicated his life to leaving the world in a better place than the world we currently live in. As a teenage Shaun started his first non profit teaching kids to play the violin while also tutoring them in academics. By the age of 16 he was running his own summer camp and being hired by multiple other summer camps to teach violin lessons as well. Mr. Smith also is extremely passionate about giving ex offenders another opportunity in society especially being that he himself is an ex offender. Against all odds he has prevailed and continues to fight tirelessly everyday to make sure the systems are more just, everyone is given a fair chance to succeed and that we can tear down barriers to make it easier for everyone to reach their full potential. He is a firm believer of looking at things from every angle and will continue to do so regardless of the situation. Shaun work's tirelessly to build connections with everyone rather they agree with his views or not. He is a leader by every definition of the term.

Vice President and CFO
James Henderson
James Henderson is dedicated to the work of changing lives. He is committed to making sure that everyone has access and the tools needed to be successful in accomplishing their dreams of owning their own business. He currently serves at Reunited in Christ Family Worship Center in Powder Springs, GA as an ordained Deacon.

Web / Social Media and Marketing Manager
Sean Reed
Sean is responsible for graphic design for all website update marketing promotions including, advertising, literature, and displays. He uses his extensive background in various creative industries to ensure final graphics, video's and layouts are visually appealing and appropriately branded. He has an outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.

Video Producer
Ali Tabibnejad
Ali is the content manager for BlackPush and the technical director for PushTalk. His passion for activism and civic engagement brought him to this position. He uses his background in filmmaking to help improve PushTalk’s technical aspects. Ali has worked in many different fields in the past, something he credits with endowing him with a deep respect for people of all backgrounds and social standing. He is multi-lingual and a multi-talented artist who co-hosts his own podcast.

Office Manager
Barbara Price
Barbara is from a small town in Pennsylvania called Aliquippa. She is an ordained Elder and Worship and Arts Leader at her church, Worship Center of Atlanta. She has a heartfelt passion for helping people, especially the youth. She loves helping the healing process through ministering and singing songs of worship. She has worked with at-risk youth ages for over 30 years. She has traveled throughout Europe spreading the gospel through song. Her motto is trusting the process and knowing that "it may not be good while it's working, but it's working for my good."

Brianna Kelly
Brianna Kelly is a filmmaker in Atlanta. She has several interests including photography, videography, writing and activism. She has a deep love for music and the advancement of her community. Bri's ultimate goal is to own her own production company and create financial and systematic advancement for people of color.

Aniyah Littlejohn
Aniyah is an Ohio native that has resided in Georgia for the majority of her life. She is attending Georgia State University in hopes of becoming a registered nurse one day. She has a passion for helping others, giving back to the community, music, fashion, and animals. Ultimately, Aniyah wants to be an entrepreneur and own many businesses around the world.

Executive Assistant
Tsahai Arnett
Tsahai is from Oakland, CA where she was born and raised and relocated to Georgia to start a better life for her and her children. She is an active partner of Apex Everywhere pastored by Larry and Eboney Weathers. She has a creative passion which lead to a passion of learning custom printing with sublimation, Heat transfer vinyl and embroidery. She has worked with kids teaching entrepreneurship and career choice. Her brand is what she carries and teaches to her kids and others that wears the brand as well, "WhoAm, Ephesians 2:10 and Xspect Gr8ness Deuteronomy 26:18-19"
